If you believe we have not handled a request properly, you may complain to the data-protection authority where you live. These rights are not absolute. A legal duty, such as keeping a payment record, can limit them. Asking to use a right will not by itself change the price or availability of access you have already paid for.

9. Marketing

We do not send promotional email, text messages, or in-app marketing. If that changes, we will ask before we send it, and you will be able to opt out in the message or by emailing us. Opting out would not stop messages that the Service needs, such as a receipt, a security notice, or a change to these Terms.

10. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those providers include the companies that host accounts, translate text, and process payments. Where the law requires a safeguard for a transfer, we use one that applies to that transfer, such as standard contractual clauses. Protection in the destination country can differ from protection where you live.

11. Children

The Service is for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Other sites and services

The Service may link to, or depend on, other companies, including the sign-in, translation, and payment services named above. This policy covers information we collect. Those companies have their own policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

13. Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will post the new version on this page, update the date at the top, and give at least 15 days’ notice by email to the address on your account or by a notice on this website. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated policy, except where the law requires a different process.

14. Contact

This policy describes our practices. It is not legal advice.
