Is ZenInterpreter a subscription?
No. The current product is a one-time purchase. Each purchase provides 30 days of access.
Does it support English to Chinese translation?
Yes. English-to-Chinese is the primary translation pair supported today.
Can I use it for meetings?
Yes. It is meant for meetings, technical talks, online courses, interviews, and similar listening situations.
Does ZenInterpreter automatically renew?
No. A purchase does not renew by itself. Buy again only when you want more time.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not used the paid features after a charge, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days. A duplicate charge is refunded. Access you have already used is not refunded, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Which platforms are supported?
Mac is supported now. Windows support is planned and is not available yet.
